Who is eligible to be part of the Pro Program?
The Pro Program is for certified fitness professionals who are actively teaching, 18 years of age or older and have approved, supporting documentation to prove eligibility.
What do I get for being a part of the Pro Program?
Pro Members receive 25% off full price apparel purchases made online, using a provided discount code. Some exclusions apply - please review ALO Yoga's Terms of Use for more information.
Can I use my Pro Program benefit on sale items?
No. The Pro Program discount can only be used on full price apparel purchases.
How do I apply for this program?
To apply, you must submit the following documents to our Customer Service at hello@aloyoga.co.id:

Certificate
Class Schedule
How long does the verification take?
We will contact you within one month after receiving the documents.
Can I use my discount in-store?
No. The discount is only applicable online and cannot be used in-store.
Can I apply for the Pro Program in store?
No. You can only apply for the Pro Program online.
How often do I need to renew my Pro Program status?
You will be prompted to renew your Pro Program membership every year. Reverification is not guaranteed – please refer to ALO Yoga’s Terms of Use for more information.
Can my discount be used for friends + family?
No. The Pro Program discount is only for you and should not be gifted or resold. Misuse of the discount will result in removal from the program.
Is there a spend threshold for the Pro Program discount?
The maximum amount that may be purchased under the Pro Program using the Discount is Rp 6,000,000 post discount (Rp 8,000,000 before discount) per Pro Member monthly, calculated based on the original price of the merchandise after applying the Pro Program discount.
Are there any exclusions for the discount?
Pro Program discount applies to full-price items only. The Pro Program discount cannot be used for Sale items, Gift Cards, Alo Moves Memberships, Cashmere, Mala Beads, Snowboards, Advent Beauty Calendar, Atelier Collection, Aspen Collection, and Alo Wellness System. Discount also cannot be applied to expedited shipping fees, taxes, or prior purchases.
Alo Yoga reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate the Pro Program and/or the discount at any time, for any reason, without notice, which can include refusal of discount at the time of purchase.
