OUR CLASSES

Yoga classes at Alo are designed for all levels. We offer props for modification and support and to help yogis advance their practice. Flow to Stretch, Slow Flow and Yin are slower classes perfect for new practitioners to explore.  Flow and Power classes are best for yogis with some experience, as they tend to get more rigorous. Alo Yoga Tone pairs weights with yoga poses and postures.

  • FLOW

    Yoga 5 min

    A feel good flow (with an amazing playlist!) that is accessible for everyone. This class will always have options for advanced postures and modifications. This is our version of an all-levels yoga class.

  • POWER

    Yoga 5 min

    A strong flow-based class that taps into endurance and stamina. You will build heat by flowing hard and moving to upbeat music. This class is challenging and will push you to your limits mentally and physically. Get ready to sweat!

  • YOGA TONE

    Yoga 5 min

    A strength-based yoga class that will have you pulsing to the beat with weights in hand. Flow, burn, move, sweat, and sculpt your body while releasing any blocked energy that is holding you back from being the best version of yourself!

  • CORE FLOW

    Yoga 5 min

    A challenging core-centric flow class that includes multiple ab sections. This class requires physical stamina and mental endurance that will leave you feeling strong all around! If you are working toward inversions, this class is for you!

  • FLOW TO STRETCH

    Yoga 5 min

    Our blend of yang flow and yin holds. This class will have you moving and deep stretching. Allow your body to relax and release emotions, stress and tension. Focus on expansion with deep stretching and create space while calming the mind and grounding your energy.

  • SLOW FLOW

    Yoga 5 min

    Move and breathe at a lighter pace for a gentler experience on the mat. This practice is perfect for anyone new to yoga, and for advanced practitioners who want to move a little slower. Each hold is a moving meditation.

  • YIN & MEDITATION

    Yoga 5 min

    A relaxing, slow-paced class with long holds, relaxing postures, breathwork and visualization. This class is perfect for everyone: experienced yogis, new yogis, and anyone working on flexibility, recovery, or rebuilding strength. In this meditative practice, mindfulness is coupled with long holds to train the mind to focus and build mental stamina. You’ll work on achieving mental clarity and leave feeling calm and centered.

  • KIDS YOGA

    Yoga 5 min

    Children will expand their creativity and express themselves in a positive way by increasing body awareness as they learn to find compassion for themselves and others. Yoga helps kids find focus, mute negativity and confront challenges with an open, flexible mind. Recommended for children 5-12 years old.

FIRST TIME VISITORS

Please plan to arrive at the yoga studio at least ten minutes before class start time. If the class is waitlisted, we release open spots 5 minutes before class start time on a first come, first serve basis. Studio doors close 5 minutes after class begins. To honor the flow, no late admittance will be allowed.

Things to note:

  • Mats and props are available for use at all alo yoga studios
  • Water refill is available at all alo yoga studios (except Georgetown) and water is available for sale
  • Fitting rooms and bathrooms are available for changing, but showers are not available
  • Towels are available for purchase
  • Lockers are available at our Flatiron and Williamsburg locations only

    We are sadden to announce as of 11/27 our Beverly Hills studio and as of 12/17 our Flatiron studio are closed. If you are in the Los Angeles area, please visit our Palisades Village Studio and in New York, visit our beautiful Williamsburg location!

    LATE ENTRY

    To protect the safety and experience of the yogis already in class, the yoga studio doors are closed five minutes after class begins, and no late entry is permitted.

    LATE CANCEL POLICY 

    A $15 charge will apply to any cancellation made less than six hours before class begins. Alo yoga studio members are allowed three late cancellations before this charge applies. Package holders will keep their class credit, but will be charged a cancel fee for any late cancella

    NO SHOW POLICY

    A $20 charge will apply for any missed class. This policy applies to members and package holders as well.
