What's my order status?

To check the status of your order, visit our website and log in to your account. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (for regular delivery) or before 3pm Monday to Friday (for Instant Delivery) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will ship the following business day. During special promotions or holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing. How do I cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled. However, if you receive the items and find that they don't meet your expectations, you can always return the products through our easy return process.

Can I exchange my order?

We currently don't offer exchanges for online purchases. But, worry not we do have a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return your item within 7 days after receiving your order. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return, and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund. Please visit our return policy page for more details on the return process. 

How do I return an item?

If you purchase online, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise with original tags and packaging for a refund within 14 days after we received the products. To see full policy, including details on returns online and in store click here.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't make any further changes. Please place a new order for additional items. 

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't make any further changes. You can always return the products as per the returns policy and place a new order for items of different color/size.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

Once an order is placed, we can't change the billing or shipping address due to the fast shipping process.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, QRIS, and Pay Later.

How do I pay with Installment?

We currently do not support installments. Please reach out to our customer service team in case of any further clarifications.

Can I send a gift message along with my order?

Yes, you will be able to write a personalized message that will be included within the package. Please note that only characters from the Latin alphabets can be printed and that emojis, hashtags (#), and special characters (@!^&...) are not allowed.

What is Click and Collect?

Click and Collect is a delivery method that allows you to collect your order directly from the store you selected. To use Click and Collect, you need to select the option during checkout and choose the store where you'd like to pick up your order.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled if the product is out of stock or has defects. However, we will make every effort to fulfill your order to the best of our ability.

My Account and Registration

You can create an account on the application or website by following the steps below:
1. Visit the Alo website or APP
2. Click on the "Sign In/Sign Up" option. You should see a prompt to sign in or join now. Click on JOIN NOW.
3. Fill in the required information accurately and completely.
4. You're account is ready!

How to reset password on my Alo account?

You can click on "Forgot Password?". A reset password email will be sent to your registered email address, and you can follow the directions from the email.

How to change data on my account?

To change data on your account, you need to log in, go to 'My Account,' and click on the menu for the data you want to change.

PRODUCT & INVENTORY

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Alo Yoga releases new collections each season. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock email alerts on the product page of the item.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Unfortunately, Alo Yoga does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?
