SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm WIB will ship the same business day. For Instant Delivery, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. We worked with the leading last mile providers such as JNE, RPX, and Grab to deliver your order. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, weather conditions, or logistical challenges may lead to delays. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

We dispatch orders from both our warehouse and stores. In the case of orders containing multiple items that are not available in a single store, you might receive multiple packages from each fulfilment locations. We will make every effort to fulfill your order to the best of our ability.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?

Yes, all our deliveries will be completed with Proof of Delivery (POD) as per the last mile provider processes.

Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not support Gift wrapping currently but we do offer the option of sending the package with personalized messages
